Orders & building
Is every piece made to order?
Yes. Each piece is built and finished after you order, usually in about 2–4 weeks.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering. Once building starts, we can’t change or cancel the order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Every order ships free within the contiguous United States. That includes freight delivery for large pieces.
How long does delivery take?
After building, delivery takes 5–10 business days. Freight carriers contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because pieces are made to order, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost.
Wood & design
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
The design and size match; the grain, knots and live edges are unique to each piece.
Do vanities include the sink and faucet?
Only when the listing says so. Sinks and fixtures in photos are for styling; each listing states what’s included.
Wood & care
How do I care for solid wood in a dry climate?
Dust with a dry cloth, wipe spills quickly, keep it away from heat vents and re-oil once or twice a year — a humidifier in winter helps too.
